These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GetReel software and services ("Service") operated by GetReel ("we", "us", or "our"), based in Queensland, Australia.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. License and Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the GetReel software for your personal or business content creation purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Rent, lease, or lend the software to third parties
• Use the software for any illegal purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the software

2. Subscription and Payments

GetReel offers subscription-based access through our payment processor, Whop. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled according to Australian Consumer Law and our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

3. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using GetReel. We do not claim ownership of any videos, images, or other content you produce.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GetReel to:

• Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Produce illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Distribute malware or engage in any activity that could harm our systems
• Share your license with unauthorized users

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
